Sharon Robertson is an experienced Office Manager with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and more than 20 years of dedicated service in the dental field. Her career began as a dental assistant, giving her a strong clinical foundation that now enhances her leadership and administrative expertise.
Sharon is highly skilled in dental insurance coordination, productive scheduling, and training teams in dental software systems. Her blend of technical knowledge and hands-on dental experience allows her to streamline office operations, support team efficiency, and create a smooth, positive experience for patients and staff alike.
Outside of her professional work, Sharon enjoys photography, especially capturing moments of her grandchildren at their sports events and dance competitions. She values time with her children and grandchildren and finds joy in documenting the memories they create together.
With 10 years of experience as a registered dental assistant, I am dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and helping to create a comfortable, positive experience for every patient. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, as well as traveling and experiencing new things.
Lisa is a Syracuse native who after pursuing education in Computer Animation and Nursing, found her passion in the field of Dentistry. A former BOCES graduate of the Dental assisting program and 4 years as a Dental Assistant, she completed her Dental Hygiene degree at SUNY Broome in Binghamton and received her Dental Hygiene license in 2019. Lisa considers patient education and chairside manner as important as treatment itself. In her spare time she devotes herself to spending time with friends and family, especially her daughter and Golden Retriever.
Grace is a dedicated Dental Assistant who joined the practice in August 2025. Originally from Italy, she brings an international background and a patient centered approach to her work. Gray is passionate about creating a comfortable and positive experience for every patient, helping them feel at ease throughout their visit. With strong attention to detail and a caring attitude, she supports the clinical team in delivering high-quality dental care. Gray is committed to making each visit smooth, reassuring, and tailored to the needs of every patient.
Friendly and organized dental receptionist with a passion for helping patients feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they walk in. Skilled in scheduling, patient communication, and maintaining a smooth front office flow in a fast-paced dental environment.
